Warning, you might fall in love!

The rooms are modern and impeccably clean, with spacious layouts and super comfy beds. The staff's warmth is genuine. they went above and beyond, especially with our little ones and our furry friends. Its prime location near the Avenir Centre makes it perfect for events. No wonder I'm smitten with this place!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The pool area was great for the kids, and we appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially with our service dog. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby plaza, which had a great space for the whole family to enjoy.

My children wanted more activities specifically for kids in the evenings.

The staff really went above and beyond for us. When we checked in late, they helped us with our bags and even got us a room near the elevator, which was critical since we had a lot of stress that night. Plus, my wife said the breakfast was better than average, which is saying something for a continental. We enjoyed it while gazing out at the view.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but I guess that's the cost of effort, right?

I found the Crowne Plaza Hotel Moncton Downtown to be a beautifully modern space, with easy access to elevators and spacious common areas that made moving around very comfortable for seniors like myself.

Better communication about amenities would be appreciated.

my stay was fantastic, especially because the hotel is just a short walk from both the beautiful tidal bore and the vibrant capitol theatre, making it easy to soak up the city's culture and charm over the weekend, and the staff were friendly and check-in was a breeze.

I stayed for 5 nights in a Standard Room and loved the comfortable bed and excellent gym. The equipment was better than many fitness centers I've seen. Staff was friendly and cute. It's a clean and organized place that feels well-maintained. 😊

Just an optimal selection for a short interlude in Moncton with good value considering price it charged. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've had, with a great variety of delicious options. Be mindful of the parking fees. it should be included with the room.
